Greetings, backers!
I wanted to share an update on our progress. I've been working nonstop behind the scenes, and everything is moving along beautifully!
Dan Berger has completed all the colors for the book, and lettering is up next. I’m thrilled to announce that award-winning letterer Taylor Esposito will be handling the lettering for Shadow Line #1!
A little about Taylor Esposito:
Achievements:
• 2022 Ringo Award Winner – Best Letterer
• 2022 Tripwire Award Winner – Best Letterer
• 2017 & 2019 Ringo Award Nominee – Best Letterer
Notable Works:
• Batman
• Batman Eternal
• Harley Quinn: The Animated Series
• Green Hornet
• Elvira
• Bettie Page
• Red Hood
• Constantine
• Red Sonja
• Grimm Fairy Tales
On the production side, factory workers have returned from the Chinese New Year holiday, and Enseng & Co. is actively preparing files and fine-cut samples of Army Ant and Sledgehog for mold approval. Inferno's fine cut sample has already been approved for molds.
Everything is progressing smoothly on schedule, and I couldn’t be more excited to deliver top-notch products to top-notch backers!
I hope everyone is doing great, and as always, thank you for making this dream a reality!
Warm regards,
Jonathon

Greetings backers,
I wanted to share an update and let you know that everything is progressing smoothly on our end!
Dan Berger has inked all of Jim Lawson’s pencils for Shadow Line #1 and is now over halfway through coloring the pages. We’re right on track for the comic’s target release in April.
Enseng has received all of the files and Pantone colors for Army Ant, Inferno, and Sledgehog. Once the factories return from the Chinese New Year break, they’ll move straight into the iron mold process. Everything is perfectly on schedule for our September target!
A quick reminder to the 80 backers who haven’t yet completed their pledge surveys—please be sure to fill those out by January 25. We also have some exciting, top-secret projects brewing behind the scenes that I know you’re going to love!
On another note, I wanted to share something special. While it’s customary for artists to keep the original pencils for their work, Jim Lawson graciously offered me half of the 32 pages from Shadow Line #1. Without giving too much away, I thought it’d be fun to share a sneak peek of a few pages with you.
Thank you all for being such an incredible community. I’m beyond excited about everything we’re creating together and can’t wait to share more with you soon!
Wishing you all a fantastic start to 2025!
Warm regards,
Jonathon House

Greetings Backers!
I just wanted to let everyone know that we experienced a brief issue with the BackerKit survey, where it was calculating tax based on the higher late pledge pricing instead of the lower primary campaign pricing.
The issue has now been completely resolved, and all systems are go! 😎
My sincere apologies for any confusion this may have caused if you noticed it earlier.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns—I’ll be happy to assist you promptly.
As always, thank you for being awesome!
Warm regards,
Jonathon
